桃园结义

东dōng汉hàn末mò年nián，刘liú备bèi、关guān羽yǔ、张zhāng飞fēi三sān个人gè rén在zài张zhāng飞fēi家jiā的de桃táo园yuán里lǐ见面jiàn miàn。

At the end of Han, Liu Bei, Guan Yu and Zhang Fei met in Zhang's peach garden.

三sān个人gè rén都dōu觉得jué de对方duì fāng是shì英雄yīng xióng，越yuè谈tán越yuè投机tóu jī。

Each recognised heroes in the others; the talk flowed.

他们tā men摆bǎi了liǎo酒jǐu席xí，在zài桃táo园yuán里lǐ结jiē拜bài成chéng兄弟xiōng dì，发誓fā shì：不bù求qíu同年tóng nián同tóng月yuè同tóng日rì生shēng，但愿dàn yuàn同年tóng nián同tóng月yuè同tóng日rì死sǐ。

They feasted and swore brotherhood: 'not born the same day, but may we die the same day.'

从此cóng cǐ三sān个人gè rén一起yī qǐ打dǎ天下tiān xià，成chéng了liǎo千qiān古gǔ有名yǒu míng的de兄弟xiōng dì。

Together they fought for the realm — brothers for a thousand years.
