Different wording The two terms share 分码多 in their simplified forms but are different words. In Taiwan the standard term is 分碼多重進接; on the Mainland it is 码分多址 - both point at “Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) (telecommunications)”.
Taiwan’s Ministry of Education dictionaries record 分碼多重進接、碼分多址 for this concept. The Mainland standard is among them - the difference is which form each side makes the default.
