有人yǒu rén说shuō:梨lí对duì牙yá好hào,但dàn吃chī多duō了liǎo伤shāng脾pí;红hóng枣zǎo补bǔ脾pí,但dàn吃chī多duō了liǎo伤shāng牙yá。

Someone said: 'Pears are good for the teeth but hurt the spleen; dates help the spleen but hurt the teeth.'

一yī个人gè rén听tīng了liǎo说shuō:这zhè好hào办bàn!吃chī梨lí只zhī嚼jiáo不bù咽yàn,吃chī枣zǎo只zhī吞tūn不bù嚼jiáo。

A listener said: 'Easy! I'll chew pears but never swallow, and swallow dates without chewing.'

别人bié ren笑xiào他tā:枣zǎo整个zhěng gè吞tūn下去xià qù,怎么zěn me消化xiāo huà呢ne?

People laughed: 'Swallow a date whole, how will you digest it?'

读书dú shū也yě是shì一样yī yàng,不bù加jiā理解lǐ jiě,囫hú囵lún吞tūn枣zǎo,是shì学xué不到bù dào真zhēn本事běn shi的de。
