我wǒ买mǎi了le一yì台tái二手èr shǒu咖啡kā fēi机jī，老板lǎo bǎn说shuō：它tā脾气pí qi大dà，你nǐ要yào顺着shùn zhe它tā。

I bought a secondhand espresso machine. Temperamental, the seller warned.

Cup one, bitter. Cup two, dishwater.
