纸船和风筝

松sōng鼠shǔ住zhù在zài山顶shān dǐng，小xiǎo熊xióng住zhù在zài山shān脚jiǎo。松sōng鼠shǔ折zhé了le纸zhǐ船chuán放fàng进jìn小溪xiǎo xī，纸zhǐ船chuán漂piāo到dào小xiǎo熊xióng家jiā门mén前qián。

Squirrel lived on the mountaintop, Bear at its foot. Squirrel folded a paper boat and set it on the stream; it drifted right to Bear's door.

小xiǎo熊xióng扎zhā了le一yì只zhī风筝fēng zhēng放fàng上去shàng qù，风筝fēng zhēng飘piāo到dào松sōng鼠shǔ家jiā门mén前qián。纸zhǐ船chuán和hé风筝fēng zhēng让ràng他们tā men成chéng了le好hǎo朋友péng you。

Bear flew a kite up the slope and it floated to Squirrel's door. The boat and the kite made them best friends.

有yǒu一yì天tiān他们tā men吵chǎo了le一yí架jià，谁shéi也yě不理bù lǐ谁shéi，都dōu躲duǒ在家zài jiā里lǐ难过nán guò。

One day they quarreled and stopped speaking - each sulked at home.

过guò了le几jǐ天tiān，松sōng鼠shǔ又yòu折zhé了le一yì只zhī纸zhǐ船chuán：对不起duì bu qǐ！小xiǎo熊xióng放fàng起qǐ风筝fēng zhēng：我们wǒ men还是hái shi好hǎo朋友péng you！先xiān伸手shēn shǒu和好hé hǎo，也yě是shì一yì种zhǒng勇敢yǒng gǎn。

After a few days Squirrel folded a new boat: sorry! Bear flew up a kite: still friends! Reaching out first is its own kind of brave.
