聪明的阿凡提

新xīn疆jiāng有yǒu个gè聪明cōng ming人rén叫jiào阿ā凡fán提tí，他tā骑qí着zhe小xiǎo毛máo驴lǘ，专门zhuān mén帮bāng穷人qióng rén。

In Xinjiang lived a clever man, Afanti, who rode a little donkey and helped the poor.

巴bā依yī老lǎo爷yé欺负qī fu穷人qióng rén，穷人qióng rén在zài他tā墙qiáng边biān烤kǎo火huǒ取暖qǔ nuǎn，他tā连lián这zhè点diǎn暖和nuǎn huo气qì也yě要yào收shōu钱qián。阿ā凡fán提tí说shuō：那nà我wǒ买mǎi你nǐ的de影子yǐng zi！

A rich lord charged the poor even for sitting in the shade of his wall. Afanti said: then I will buy your shadow!

他tā给gěi了le巴bā依yī一yì点diǎn钱qián，天天tiān tiān带dài着zhe毛máo驴lǘ坐zuò在zài影子yǐng zi下xià吃chī西瓜xī guā，还hái说shuō：影子yǐng zi里lǐ的de一切yí qiè都dōu是shì我wǒ的de。巴bā依yī只好zhǐ hǎo把bǎ钱qián还huán了le。

He paid a little and sat in the shade every day eating watermelon, declaring everything in the shadow his. The lord had to give the money back.

阿ā凡fán提tí的de故事gù shi在zài新xīn疆jiāng一代yí dài一代yí dài传chuán下来xià lai。他tā告诉gào su我们wǒ men：聪明cōng ming人rén不用bú yòng力气lì qi，也yě能néng赢yíng不bù讲理jiǎng lǐ的de人rén。

Afanti's tales have passed down for generations in Xinjiang. They tell us cleverness can beat unfairness without lifting a hand.
