三只蝴蝶

三sān只zhī蝴蝶hú dié是shì好hǎo朋友péng you：一yì只zhī红hóng，一yì只zhī黄huáng，一yì只zhī白bái。它们tā men在zài花园huā yuán里lǐ玩wán得de正zhèng开心kāi xīn。

Three butterflies were best friends - one red, one yellow, one white - playing happily in the garden.

下雨xià yǔ了le。它们tā men飞fēi到dào红hóng花huā下面xià miàn躲duǒ雨yǔ，红hóng花huā说shuō：只zhǐ让ràng红hóng蝴蝶hú dié进来jìn lái。

It began to rain. They flew under a red flower for shelter, but the flower said: only the red one may come in.

红hóng蝴蝶hú dié说shuō：我们wǒ men三sān个gè是shì好hǎo朋友péng you，要yào来lái一起yì qǐ来lái，要yào走zǒu一起yì qǐ走zǒu。

The red butterfly said: we three are friends - we come together and we go together.

太阳tài yang出来chū lái了le，雨yǔ停tíng了le。三sān只zhī蝴蝶hú dié又yòu在zài花huā丛cóng里lǐ一起yì qǐ飞fēi舞wǔ。好hǎo朋友péng you要yào同tóng甘gān共gòng苦kǔ。

The sun came out and the rain stopped, and the three danced among the flowers again. Friends share fair weather and foul.
