桃园结义（结拜）

刘liú备bèi、关guān羽yǔ、张zhāng飞fēi三sān个人gè rén，一yí个gè卖mài草cǎo鞋xié，一yí个gè卖mài枣zǎo，一yí个gè杀shā猪zhū，都dōu想xiǎng为wèi国家guó jiā出力chū lì。

Liu Bei wove straw sandals, Guan Yu sold dates, Zhang Fei butchered pigs, all three wished to serve the realm.

他们tā men在zài桃táo园yuán里lǐ摆bǎi上shàng酒jiǔ，拜bài天地tiān dì结jié兄弟xiōng dì。

In the peach garden they set wine and swore brotherhood before heaven and earth.

刘liú备bèi年纪nián jì最zuì大dà为wèi大哥dà gē，关guān羽yǔ老lǎo二èr，张zhāng飞fēi老lǎo三sān。

Eldest Liu Bei was big brother; Guan Yu second; Zhang Fei third.

结jié拜bài完了wán le他们tā men说shuō：不bù求qiú同年tóng nián同tóng月yuè同tóng日rì生shēng，但愿dàn yuàn同年tóng nián同tóng月yuè同tóng日rì死sǐ。这zhè个gè誓shì言yán三sān个人gè rén记jì了le一辈子yí bèi zi。

They swore: born not the same day, we die the same day. All three kept the oath their lives long.
