小猫钓鱼

小xiǎo猫māo和hé妈mā妈mā一起yī qǐ去qù钓鱼diào yú。

A kitten went fishing with its mother.

一yī只zhī蜻qīng蜓tíng飞fēi来lái了liǎo，小xiǎo猫māo就jìu去qù捉zhuō蜻qīng蜓tíng；一yī只zhī蝴蝶hú dié飞fēi来lái了liǎo，小xiǎo猫māo又yòu去qù追zhuī蝴蝶hú dié。

A dragonfly flew by and the kitten chased it; a butterfly flew by and the kitten chased that too.

结果jiē guǒ，半天bàn tiān过去guò qù了liǎo，小xiǎo猫māo一yī条tiáo鱼yú也yě没méi钓diào到dào。

Half a day passed, and the kitten had caught nothing.

猫māo妈mā妈mā说shuō：钓鱼diào yú要yào一心一意yī xīn yī yì，三sān心xīn二èr意yì，怎么zěn me能néng钓diào到dào鱼yú呢ne？

Mother cat said: 'Fishing takes a single mind. With your heart in three places, how could you catch a fish?'

小xiǎo猫māo听tīng了liǎo，专心zhuān xīn钓鱼diào yú，很hěn快kuài就jìu钓diào到dào了liǎo一yī条tiáo大dà鱼yú。

The kitten listened, focused, and soon caught a big fish.
