龟兔赛跑

兔tù子zi跑pǎo得děi很hěn快kuài，乌wū龟guī走zǒu得děi很hěn慢màn。兔tù子zi常常cháng cháng笑xiào乌wū龟guī。

A hare ran fast and a tortoise walked slowly. The hare often laughed at the tortoise.

乌wū龟guī说shuō：我们wǒ men比赛bǐ sài跑步pǎo bù吧ba。兔tù子zi笑xiào了liǎo：好hào！

The tortoise said: let's have a race. The hare laughed: fine!

比赛bǐ sài开始kāi shǐ了liǎo。兔tù子zi跑pǎo了liǎo一会儿yī huì r，回头huí tóu看kān不见bù jiàn乌wū龟guī，就jìu在zài路边lù biān睡觉shuì jiào了liǎo。

The race began. The hare ran a while, looked back and saw no tortoise, so it slept by the road.

乌wū龟guī一直yī zhí走zǒu，不停bù tíng下来xià lai。它tā走过zǒu guò睡觉shuì jiào的de兔tù子zi，先xiān到dào了liǎo终点zhōng diǎn。

The tortoise kept walking without stopping. It passed the sleeping hare and reached the finish line first.
