化蝶

祝zhù英yīng台tái出chū嫁jià那nà天tiān，花huā轿jiào要yào路过lù guò梁liáng山shān伯bó的de坟fén。

On Yingtai's wedding day the bridal sedan passed Shanbo's grave.

英yīng台tái哭kū着zhuó下xià轿jiào拜bài坟fén，忽然hū rán天tiān昏hūn地dì暗àn，坟fén裂liè开kāi了liǎo。

Weeping she stepped down to bow — sky went dark, the grave split open.

英yīng台tái跳tiào进jìn坟fén里lǐ，坟fén合hé上shàng了liǎo。天tiān晴qíng了liǎo，坟fén里lǐ飞fēi出chū两liǎng只zhī蝴蝶hú dié。

She leapt in; the grave closed; the sky cleared; two butterflies rose out.

两liǎng只zhī蝴蝶hú dié绕rào着zhuó坟fén飞fēi了liǎo三sān圈juàn，飞fēi走zǒu了liǎo。生shēng不bù能néng在zài一起yī qǐ，死sǐ了liǎo化huà成chéng蝴蝶hú dié也yě不bù分开fēn kāi。

They circled the tomb three times and flew off — divided in life, joined in death as butterflies.
