汉hàn朝cháo的de黄huáng香xiāng九jiǔ岁suì就jiù没有méi yǒu了le母亲mǔ qīn，对duì父亲fù qīn特别tè bié孝顺xiào shùn。

Huang Xiang of the Han lost his mother at nine and loved his father dearly.

夏天xià tiān他tā用yòng扇子shàn zi把bǎ父亲fù qīn的de枕头zhěn tou席xí子zǐ扇shān凉liáng。

In summer he fanned his father's pillow and mat cool.

冬天dōng tiān他tā先xiān躺tǎng进jìn父亲fù qīn的de被子bèi zi里lǐ，把bǎ被子bèi zi焐wù热rè了le再zài请qǐng父亲fù qīn睡shuì。

In winter he lay in his father's quilt first to warm it, then called him to bed.

九jiǔ岁suì的de孩子hái zi就jiù懂得dǒng de心疼xīn téng父亲fù qīn，《三sān字zì经jīng》里lǐ写xiě：香xiāng九jiǔ龄líng，能néng温wēn席xí。

A nine-year-old who knew a parent's care, the Three Character Classic says: 'Xiang at nine could warm the mat.'
