国王guó wáng和hé王后wáng hòu生shēng下xià公主gōng zhǔ，请qǐng了le所有suǒ yǒu仙女xiān nǚ当dāng教jiāo母mǔ，漏lòu请qǐng了le一yí个gè老lǎo仙女xiān nǚ。

The king and queen had a princess and invited all the fairies as godmothers, except one old fairy they forgot.

老lǎo仙女xiān nǚ诅zǔ咒zhòu她tā十shí六liù岁suì被bèi纺fǎng锤chuí扎zhā死sǐ；小xiǎo仙女xiān nǚ的de魔mó法fǎ改gǎi成chéng睡shuì一yì百bǎi年nián。

The old fairy cursed her: at sixteen a spindle would kill her; the young fairy softened it to a hundred-year sleep.

十shí六liù岁suì那nà天tiān公主gōng zhǔ果然guǒ rán扎zhā了le手shǒu睡着shuì zháo了le，整个zhěng gè王wáng宫gōng的de人rén都dōu跟gēn着zhe睡着shuì zháo了le，荆棘jīng jí长zhǎng满mǎn了le城chéng堡bǎo。

On her sixteenth birthday the princess pricked her finger and fell asleep; the whole palace slept and briars swallowed the castle.

一yì百bǎi年nián后hòu一yí个gè王子wáng zǐ走进zǒu jìn荆棘jīng jí，荆棘jīng jí自己zì jǐ让ràng开路kāi lù。他tā吻wěn了le公主gōng zhǔ，整个zhěng gè王wáng宫gōng都dōu醒xǐng了le。

A hundred years later a prince walked into the briars, which parted for him; he kissed the princess and the whole palace woke.
