皇帝的新装

皇帝huáng dì爱ài穿chuān新xīn衣服yī fu，两liǎng个gè骗子piàn zi说shuō：我们wǒ men能néng织zhī一yì种zhǒng布bù，又yòu美měi又yòu神奇shén qí，愚蠢yú chǔn的de人rén看kàn不见bú jiàn它tā。

The emperor loved clothes; two swindlers claimed their cloth was visible only to the clever, fools could not see it.

大臣dà chén们men去qù看kàn，什么shén me也yě没méi看见kàn jiàn，谁shéi也yě不bù敢gǎn说shuō看kàn不见bú jiàn，怕pà别人bié ren说shuō自己zì jǐ愚蠢yú chǔn。皇帝huáng dì也yě去qù看kàn，也yě假装jiǎ zhuāng看见kàn jiàn了le。

Ministers saw nothing, none dared say so, lest they seem fools. The emperor pretended too.

皇帝huáng dì穿着chuān zhuó'新xīn衣服yī fu'游行yóu xíng，满mǎn街jiē的de人rén都dōu夸kuā衣服yī fu好看hǎo kàn。

In his 'new clothes' he paraded through the streets while everyone praised them.

一yí个gè小孩xiǎo hái子zǐ喊hǎn：皇帝huáng dì什么shén me也yě没méi穿chuān！大家dà jiā都dōu笑xiào了le，皇帝huáng dì硬yìng着zhe头tóu皮pí走zǒu完了wán le游行yóu xíng。

A child cried: the emperor has nothing on! The people laughed, the emperor marched on, bare.
