十兄弟

从前cóng qián有yǒu一yí对duì老lǎo夫妻fū qī，生shēng了le十shí个儿gè r子zǐ。十shí兄弟xiōng dì个gè个gè有yǒu本领běn lǐng：千qiān里lǐ眼yǎn、顺shùn风fēng耳ěr、大力dà lì气qì、铁tiě头tóu、长cháng腿tuǐ、大dà肚dǔ皮pí、长cháng手shǒu、天tiān眼yǎn、爱ài哭kū、爱ài笑xiào。

An old couple once had ten sons, and each brother had a gift: Far-Eyes, Wind-Ears, Mighty-Strength, Iron-Head, Long-Legs, Big-Belly, Long-Arms, Sky-Eye, the Crier and the Laugher.

坏huài国王guó wáng要yào抓zhuā走zǒu老lǎo夫妻fū qī。十shí兄弟xiōng dì一起yì qǐ去qù救jiù：千qiān里lǐ眼看yǎn kàn，顺shùn风fēng耳ěr听tīng，大力dà lì气qì搬bān来lái大dà山shān挡dǎng路lù。

When the wicked king came to take their parents, the ten brothers set out together: Far-Eyes looked, Wind-Ears listened, Mighty-Strength moved a mountain across the road.

铁tiě头顶tóu dǐng开kāi城chéng门mén，长cháng腿tuǐ蹚tāng过guò大dà河hé，大dà肚dǔ皮pí喝hē干gān河hé水shuǐ，长cháng手shǒu一yì伸shēn，把bǎ爹diē娘niáng拉lā上shàng了le岸àn。

Iron-Head burst the city gate, Long-Legs waded the great river, Big-Belly drank the river dry, and Long-Arms reached out and lifted their parents to the bank.

十shí兄弟xiōng dì各gè有所yǒu suǒ长cháng，一yì条tiáo心xīn就jiù谁shéi也yě打dǎ不过bú guò。这zhè就jiù叫jiào：兄弟xiōng dì同心tóng xīn，黄huáng土tǔ变成biàn chéng金jīn。

Each brother had his own gift, and of one heart they could not be beaten: when brothers are of one mind, loess turns to gold.
